Airport Transportaion
The Kansas Association of County Agriculture Agents are excited for your arrival at the 2011 Annual Meeting and Professional Improvement Conference in Overland Park. Those arriving by air will be flying into the Kansas City, Missouri International Airport. MCI is one of the most flyer friendly airports in the country with its three terminal system and curbside pickup. The airport is located approximately 45 minutes north of the Overland Park Convention Center. To help facilitate those arriving and departing by air, the Kansas Association of Agriculture Agents has arranged for shuttle service exclusive to NACAA members through our official transportation company, Agenda: USA.
Agenda buses will run on arrival day Sunday, August 7 from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. with pickups scheduled approximately every 30 minutes. Departures from the hotels to the airport will run from 4 a.m. till 10 a.m. Friday, August 12. Those arriving at different dates and times will have access to reservations and transportation through Agenda. These include a range of vehicles from private car to vans to accommodate group arrival. Scheduling your airport transportation needs is easy. On the registration, simply link to airport shuttles and enter the flight information and shuttle options then proceed to checkout and pay online with a credit card.
