The following materials are available to assist you with your fundraising for the 2011 AM/PIC. Questions should be directed towards Rick Miller or your area fundraising vice chair. All of the following files are in Acrobat PDF format.

Support Letter from Dean Cholik - self explanatory
Sponsorship Opportunities - A four page document on what partners will receive for their various levels of sponsorship and special signature events that they can sponsor.
Fundraising Brochure - A three panel brochure with a quick explanation of sponsorship opportunities - print front and back and fold.
Pledge Form - Form for donor to complete verifying their support.
In-Kind Donation Record - To be used when a donor provides in-kind items. Provides a record for KACAA and the donor of the value of their contribution.
List of Potential Donors and Contact - A list of potential donors identified at the 2009 Spring Workshop and which KACAA members is going to make the contact.
